my website ‘refuses’ to connect and cannot log into wordpress

  Can’t see the website, can’t get into wordpress (.org- hosted by presto- no detectable problems) … i get ‘connection refused’ and nothing comes up, tried different browsers etc. at a loss now! Please help!
