  Can you tell us what you’re trying to do?

  You’re posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, and https://trc-inc.com/ is not hosted with us. That site uses the open source WordPress.org software, hosted at https://www.liquidweb.com/

  That site has never been connected to WordPress.com in any way – that would require the Jetpack plugin, and it doesn’t appear that you’re using that plugin on your site.
