You’ll probably want to purchase a security certificate. On WordPress.com, all the sites hosted with us have our SSL but tworzenieprzykawie.pl is hosted elsewhere. You will want to reach out to your registrar directly.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
