My website with wp is free ,hosting on another and now my wp is showing nothing, i have a backup in .sql

It looks like my website i designed free in wordpress and hosted on another site has been hacked as now no data there. Nothing. I have a backup copy saved in .sql format what can i do other than redesign the site from scratch? my site :amazingunseenthailand.com
Can some please advise what i should do.
I cannot open the .sql in public_html in my new hosting until i import my wordpress

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with XXXWEBHOSTXXX.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
