  Hi, I have zero knowledge on the technical side of websites. Please help me, when I visited my free WordPress site, it suddenly says browser can’t establish a secure connection.

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  What is the URL of your site? Mind free wordpress.com sites are without www.
