My wordpress account

    Hello, I had a wordpress account, since I am not familiar with wordpress I hired one guy from Fiverr who is from Bangladesh and said he knows how to use wordpress, he charged me $160.00 with $60.00 in advance payment and the rest when his website complete it and I paid him in advance I asked him if he can use screen share and create my website, he said no I need to give him permission to create a website so I did then he said I have to give him full permission which is admin, I was hesitating to give him but I trust him and give it to him then I noticed he changed the credential to his own private user name and password I asked him why you change the password, then he gave me the password, I was using his credential without understanding what he did (that was few months ago), today when I tried to log in to my wordpress I noticed still I can’t log in to my own wordpress, is it possible to advise me what I need to do whith this situation?
    I will be appreciated if you give advise and send your advise to my personal email which is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    I do not see any sites under your @johnriazi WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
