  Hi there,

  Of what upgrades and on which site are you speaking?

  The account you’re using to post here owns only one site on our free plan, http://lonewolfoutdoor.wordpress.com/, and has never bought anything from us.

  If you want to delete that site, you can do so from My Site ->Manage ->Settings, and you can close your account from the account settings page, but neither action will cancel any billing agreements, as we are not currently, nor have we ever, billed this account or site for anything.
