  I have been unable to log in to my wordpress account. My username is not recognized. What do I do?

  Please tell me the username in question. That’s public information so there’s no harm in sharing it here in the forum.

  You can try a couple things to rule out issues with your local setup:

  1. Clear browser cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

  2. Try a different browser.

  3. Disable add ons and extensions.

  4. Try a different internet connection.
