my wordpress account is not linking to my go daddy domain

    I need to be able to use my go daddy domain on wordpress but I am on to go daddy support now and they cant do anything without the IP address for wordpress – can you swap the name of this wordpress account to be inceptionconsultants.co.uk?

    Hi there,

    It is possible to connect your GoDaddy domain, but first you will need to upgrade to one of the plans listed here: https://wordpress.com/plans/

    Any of the plans listed there will include the option to connect an outside domain, but it is not an option to change the domain on free sites, so you will need to upgrade first.

    Once you have upgraded let us know and we can walk you through the settings you will need to change at GoDaddy to connect.
