My wordpress blog has gone offline/unresponsive 21 times in the last 36 hours – what is going on?

    Hi all,

    I received 21 emails from Jetpack support in the last 36 hours that my website is down. Each time, it went back online after 15-45 mins.

    Still, it is not great, and I can’t login to my dashboard. When I try to go to https://www.btsgtheories.com/wp-admin/ it gives me the following message:

    This site can’t be reachedwww.btsgtheories.com unexpectedly closed the connection.
    Try:

    Checking the connection
    Checking the proxy and the firewall
    Running Connectivity Diagnostics
    ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED

    Can anyone assist? Thank you.

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
