My wordpress dashboard from wordress admin has disappeared or gone

    Hello
    Everyone
    I am runnning my website http://animalsheltersnearme.net/ last 5 years. Currently i am facing a great problem. Everything was running perfect. About 6 days ago i log in into my worpress admin and i found there is no dashboard. So i can not post any new article or resetting anything from worpress admin. I am using host from hostbudget shared hosting. They can not find any solution. Please see the screen of my wordpress admin.
    https://prnt.sc/w0acmm After login there come site not dashboard pannel. I see only admin bar but there is no dashboard or home option. What should i do to solve the issue? Please help me.

    I’m afraid that we won’t be able to help you here as your site is not hosted on WordPress.com.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
