My WordPress has a homepage issue

  Hello there.

  I’m currently facing an issue with my WordPress homepage.
  The homepage looks messed up. It is not what it suppose to be like.

  I have attached a link for you to have a close look.

  -https://topnotchjob.com

  When you go in and click the logo ( topnotchjob.com ) It will send you to the homepage and you’ll see what I mean.

  If there is any solution to this, I would love to hear from you. This is an important matter as I’m running a site as a business.
