My WordPress site has all changes

I am really angry as I have logged into admin of my website and everything has changed or been updated which means I can no longer edit any of my existing pages without deleting them, or copy the styles onto new pages. I have spent HOURS designing my website and now it has all been wasted. I am now looking at making new pages and the user interface is just so confusing – nothing seems to work – and I can’t find any option to choose the word font, which is rubbish! I do not want to pay for something so crap, but maybe there is something wrong? I desperately need help and cannot find a way to contact an actual person to help. Does anyone have an email address for WordPress?
