  My WordPress site is down. I just installed the Yoast plug-in and it refuses to connect now. Please help.

  Hi there,

  All signs point to the fact that your site is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, not a WordPress.com site.

  To clear up any confusion, self-hosted WordPress sites and WordPress.com are two, different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please see:
