My WordPress site is down due to not having updated to a PHP version and I updated Plugins and crashed

  Now it says:
  Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ‘>= 7.2.5’.
  There has been a critical error on this website.

  Please email me My site is down because I updated the plugins without updating the WordPress site to a PHP version. Now it says:

  The site edgewatermarkets.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on GoDaddy Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
