My dad died about a month ago and I was devastated. To help with my grief I created a blog dedicated to him. A lot of family and friends left condolence messages on this site I created. Now I can no access the site. I get a “fatal error” page warning and this:

Warning: require(/home/vyvn81mgpjnd/public_html/linvert.spenfam.co/wp-includes/html-api/class-wp-html-attribute-token.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/vyvn81mgpjnd/public_html/linvert.spenfam.co/wp-settings.php on line 237

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home/vyvn81mgpjnd/public_html/linvert.spenfam.co/wp-includes/html-api/class-wp-html-attribute-token.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php74/usr/share/pear’) in /home/vyvn81mgpjnd/public_html/linvert.spenfam.co/wp-settings.php on line 237

Notice: Function is_embed was called incorrectly. Conditional query tags do not work before the query is run. Before then, they always return false. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 3.1.0.) in /home/vyvn81mgpjnd/public_html/linvert.spenfam.co/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5835

I have no idea how to even begin to fix this and I don’t have the money to hire someone to fix it. Can anyone please help?

    Hi there,

Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host linvert.spenfam.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting.

To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.

Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at your current provider. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.

You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, but as it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere.

The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting

The folks in that forum are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help. Thanks!
