as written above we are the trademark owner and myflirt.com owner and have just opened our first wordpress.com account.Who ever has created an account myflirt was not legal entitled by us to do. Furthermore we are not responsible even haven’t been informed by any violation of Terms of Service in our name.
Accordingly we can not access the link you posted.

I see you registered myflirt.com not myflirt. When I google myflirt I get about 7.300.000 hits

@staartmess: Indeed we could not register as myFlirt, because someone has registered maybe years ago without our permission.
The response on ” http://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/” from automattic was the information that “myflirt.wordpress.com” is not available. An information we had already before :-(
And yes there are many search results on “myflirt”. You have perhaps seen the top listed link is myflirt.com. A site that we operate since 2003.staff-blorbo: Thanks for your hint. This is the link / form we where looking for. We will fill it and hope to get the matter solved.
We will give an update here, as others might have similar issues and are interested in the result.
