  You can map a domain you own to a WordPress.com site by upgrading to a paid plan: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
  Note Is that a phone number beneath your name? There is no telephone support at WordPress.com but once you have purchased your plan you can access email and livechat support.
