name server always back to wordpress

  Hi there,
  my problem is I was trying to change my name server to custom name server, but it was take me back to WordPress.com name servers, I tried it several times, try to change it again and again, but there are no differents, when I refresh the page, clear all cache, flush dns, I keep finding it took me back to wordpress.com name servers, even wait until 72 hours. Try to finding the same problem out there, but I found nothing really help me. So I contact my web dev, but he said to me about contacting wordpress support first about this name server problem.

  Several days ago, my domain was expired on 20 April, I just renew it after that, but it took me to my old website design. I remember on previous year it can, with domain name from wordpress and name server to another host.

  So I hope you guys can help me

  Hi there,

  What are the custom name servers you tried entering for your domain? I can take a look at those and see if I can set those name servers for your domain.

  my web dev said it has to be

  ns1.papermaxhost.com
  ns2.papermaxhost.com

  or this

  ns1.pratamasuherman.com
  ns2.pratamasuherman.com

  Hi there,

  Thanks. I checked both sets of name servers, and they aren’t valid name servers (the name servers don’t resolve). Can you please check with your web developer or your website host about that?
