name server change

Name server change is taking really long. I made the change over 3 days ago. Bought domain on WordPress.com but site is now going to be hosted on GoDaddy.

I see that your domain is currently using the following name servers:
- NS27.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
- NS28.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
Are those the name servers that GoDaddy gave you for your site hosted there? If so, you may need to make a change on their end to link the domain with your GoDaddy site.
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

I talked to godaddy and everything is good on their side. Here is the private support message I just sent in.
I changed the domian name server on monday and it still has not gone through. I contacted my host GoDaddy and they said everything was set up on their side to host the domain but it still is not pointing to them. They said that the name server needs to be refreshed and the IP address for my domain is completely wrong. They also said the DNS panel is missing on their end. Please help me get this resolved ASAP. This is a new business and the longer I cant get on the site the longer i have to wait to open my business.

Hi there,
The two name servers I mentioned are GoDaddy name servers, not WordPress.com ones. However, GoDaddy does have a variety of name servers depending on how your hosting is set up there.
Are the name servers I mentioned the wrong ones for your GoDaddy hosting? If so, can you please tell me what name servers you need to have entered on this end? I can help you change them to the correct ones.

Those are the correct name servers and I changed my lailaannejewelry site to point to them but the change is not going through.( I went into my WP.com site to Dashboard>store>my domains>edit domain>nameservers> replaced the wp servers with my go daddy servers.) I did all of this on Monday and the change still has not been made that is the problem i am having.

The name servers ns27.domaincontrol.com and ns28.domaincontrol.com are the ones currently being used for your domain, so the change did go through.
Can you please ask GoDaddy exactly what DNS records you need for your domain to work with their hosting?

Godaddy said, The IP address for my domain is completely wrong. They also said the DNS zone panel is missing. They said when the name server is properly done I should have a dns panel on my godaddy server but did not come through with the name change.
