  just by changing the name servers in godaddy to ns1.wordpress.com, ns2.wordpress.com, ns3.wordpress.com. Will it map it to my wordpress account?

  Hi ther,

  Changing the name servers will point the domain to us, but it also needs a domain mapping upgrade on our end to complete the process. Mapping a domain to a WordPress.com site requires a paid plan:
