  I know this seems small, but I didn’t capitalize my blog name when putting it in, and now can not figure out how to change it. Please tell me I can change it.

  You can modify the site title at Settings > General, https://festivehappenings.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php, or at Customize.
