  I own the domain stacyrichardson.com
  At one time I was building a wordpress site and my Nameserver was connected with wordpress. Now I would like to build a site with zenfolio and I cannot connect my domain to zenfolio because my Nameservers connects to wordpress. Domain.com has told me that I need to resolve this with wordpress. How do I do this?

  Hi there,

  stacyrichardson.com is not registered with us, so we have no control at all over that domain’s name servers. The name servers are pointed to us, but the only place where name servers can be changed is at the registrar where a domain is registered, which is Domain.com in this case.

  Contact Domain.com support again, and make it clear to them you wish to change the domain’s authoritative name servers to point somewhere else, not add NS records to the DNS zone.
