    I’ve been told to send this into you:

    Please contact your Nameserver and let them point the MX record to Fasthosts. Kindly refer to the mailserver configuration below:

    MX record
    Hostname: Empty or @
    Points to: mailserver.cmp.livemail.co.uk

    Can you sort this for me, please?

    Hi Kabir, you’d need to have a domain mapped to make this change, but here’s how to go about it:

    I do see that you had a domain mapped once, and have since removed that service. It’s still pointed to our name servers, but if you’re not using our hosting, I’d recommend using your registrar’s name servers. You’d just log into your domain registrar and follow the instructions they have for that.
