Nameserver Aruba Provider
-
Hello, I bought a domain Provider Aruba and I mapped out my website of wordpress. In the management panel of Aruba I set the nameservers on NS1.WORDPRESS.COM, NS2.WORDPRESS.COM NS3.WORDPRESS.COM but the manager refuses to apply NIC statement saying:
<test name = “CNAMEHostTest” status = “FAILED”>
<detail name = “ns1.wordpress.com.” status = “SUCCEEDED” />
<detail name = “ns3.wordpress.com.” status = “SUCCEEDED” />
<detail name = “mx.pastificiolanna.it.” status = “FAILED” QueryId = “7”> mx.pastificiolanna.it. is a CNAME </ detail>
<detail name = “ns2.wordpress.com.” status = “SUCCEEDED” />
</ test>Of Aruba, in addition to the domain, I also bought a mail box. How do I overcome this problem?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
When you point your domain’s name servers to WordPress.com, this record won’t work anymore:
<detail name = “mx.pastificiolanna.it.” status = “FAILED” QueryId = “7”> mx.pastificiolanna.it. is a CNAME </ detail>
You can add email from another email provider to your domain by adding that provider’s email records to your domain here at WordPress.com (rather than entering them at Aruba).
If Aruba provides your email service, please ask them for the following information:
I am pointing my domain pastificiolanna.it to WordPress.com’s name servers to use it with my website hosted there. Could you please provide me with the complete MX and/or other DNS records I will need to enter on WordPress.com’s end, so that my email on this domain will function?
Once you get that information from Aruba, I can help you enter it here at WordPress.com.
