  i already contacted you about an issue that i have with a domain that i bought from you,
  you informed me that its okay from your side and it was an issue of the host, i did contact them and we found that the nameservers are not changed yet (i changed them on 30/04/2015) , its been a few days since i changed them but still nothing.
  I paid the domain to you , i paid the host to sigmaweb.gr (i’ve been working with them with other sites too), i chaged the nameservers and still no access to the website…
  Please let me know what i should do to start building my website.

  Hi Damian,

  I think there’s been some confusion. The domain you purchased here at WordPress.com is this one: thadevlab.com

  The domain thedevlab.com is already registered and owned by someone else. You can find the public information about that domain here:

  http://whois.domaintools.com/thedevlab.com

  Your domain thadevlab.com is using the name servers for your host sigmaweb.gr, so it’s already pointed to them, but you may need to check on their end to make sure you have it set up for your domain thadevlab.com and not thedevlab.com.

  Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that.
