Nameservers not displaying

    Hi,

    I’m trying to transfer the domain from wordpress to a wix site however the nameservers are not appearing in the domain settings. Please can you investigate and let me know why.

    Hi there!

    Your domain soniccharge.com.au is not registered with us at WordPress.com. It’s connected via Domain Connection, meaning its nameservers are controlled by the domain registrar on their end, not on WordPress.com. That’s why you don’t see the nameservers section on your WordPress.com dashboard for this domain.

    To change the domain’s nameservers, please contact your domain registrar for instructions.
