  I need to have nav menu bar at top of opt-in pages,Please help me

  Hi,

  What are opt-in pages? I don’t believe you can move a nav menu bar around on a WordPress.com theme, although some movement of, or modification of the height of the bar, color scheme, etc. might be possible with CSS customization. Best option is to choose a theme with the nav bar where you want it.
