Navigation Menu Widget Missing Button
-
Hi our Navigation Menu Widget is missing the ‘edit menu’ button. It was there until recently and it is how we designated specific widget menus to specific pages. Now it’s missing and all of our menu widgets are showing on all of our pages. Thanks for any help and insight. Image of issue: https://www.screencast.com/t/4E8nCUXG9cc

Howdy,
Your screenshot doesn’t seem to match up with your WordPress.com site: https://canaanalb.wordpress.com/
Is this question regarding a different site?

Hi RootJosh! Thanks for looking at the issue. The site that I am having a problem with is https://www.aisls.org.
You can see the issue well on the page https://www.aisls.org/about/ and other similar pages. All of our side menus show on all of the pages. We are no longer able to assign specific menus to select pages.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist.
