Need a Refund on my Personal Plan

I upgraded from a free account to a personal plan, and when I saw that it still didn’t have the features I wanted, I upgraded to a premium plan. I later cancelled my premium plan (taking me back down to a free account) and got the cost of the premium plan refunded. However, I never got the cost of my Personal Plan refunded. My Billing History only shows a refund on the Premium Plan.
How do I get the money I spent on the Personal Plan back? I purchased all this today, so it is still within the cancellation period.

I’ve refunded your Personal Plan payment as well. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank.
