Need a refund promptly

Hey guys,
You recently charged my account for domain names that I was under the impression I deactivated (my wordpress account hasn’t been used in around a year). I was hoping you could please refund me, as I did not have an informed consent before you automatically charged me. I would appreciate, and fully expect to receive, a full refund, as well as the deactivation of the domain names so I’m not suddenly charged for something like this again

I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

The transaction ID you provided is not coming up in our system. Is this the transaction ID that was on your bank statement? If not, that is the one that we need to verify ownership.
