  I checked and your site is not hosted with us here at WordPress.com, but rather with Go Daddy. I would definitely reach out to Go Daddy support for assistance with regaining access to your account:

  Thanks for the reply. Are you sure? GoDaddy tells me it’s at WP and I constantly get WP emails with the subject line:

  [Paper Connexion] Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue

  Our domain was is registered at GoDaddy but pretty sure it’s was developed at WordPress.

  Your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org. To solve the technical issues, you can get help in the documentation – https://wordpress.org/support/ – and forum – https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ – of wordpress.org
