Hi there,
I’ve tagged this for WordPress.com staff to review. Site Profiler shows that the domain name is registered through WordPress.com, while the site itself is hosted at Linode. The current name servers also match the ParkLogic ones you mentioned.
Since you’re locked out of the WordPress.com account that manages the domain name, please use the Account Recovery form.

Hi Benitoalba, thank you for tagging WordPress.com staff. Unfortunately the Account Recovery form is not working for me — it says ‘the website does not exist on WordPress.com’ and ‘the receipt or transaction ID is not valid.’ I believe this is because my domain provincetrade.com has expired and is now parked at ParkLogic, making it unrecognizable to the form.
You confirmed through Site Profiler that the domain IS registered through WordPress.com under (email visible only to moderators and staff). I cannot access that Gmail account.
Since the recovery form is not working, I am requesting that WordPress.com staff manually verify my ownership and update the nameservers to: – ns1.bdm.microsoftonline.com – ns2.bdm.microsoftonline.com
I can prove ownership through Microsoft 365 billing documents for Province Trade LLC, and Microsoft support case #2605090030001341.
Please contact me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) or +976-99888622.”

I found my site at provincetrade.wordpress.com — the site is visible. Please use this URL to identify my account and help me update the nameservers for provincetrade.com

Site Profiler shows the domain name is still registered through WordPress.com, with an expiry date of May 5, 2027, so it does not look expired in that lookup.
The WordPress.com site address you found may help staff identify the account/site connection.
Please don’t post any more ownership documents, support case numbers, phone numbers, or private contact details here. They can let you know the safest way to provide anything else they need.

@msavalyn Since you found provincetrade.wordpress.com you can try entering that site address in the Account Recovery form instead of provincetrade.com that may avoid the issue where the form does not recognize.
