Need assistance with the listed product

    Products listed is only showing 1 product despite having listed/uploaded more items, I clicked “more product” at the bottom but still, only 1 item shows up, and all are in 1 column only.

    I already modified the product column to 4 but it still does not work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  • Hi @dangs0906, it sounds like you may be working with a different site than the one listed here.

    If the site you mentioned is hosted here (here’s the difference between our hosting and the free WordPress software), please log in as the plan owner and open a chat. Staff can look at your admin settings and likely help you spot the issue and resolve it.

    If the site is with a different host, you might test to see if the issue appears with a different theme. If it does, you’ll want to reach out to the theme provider for assistance. If the same problem happens regardless of theme, can you reach out in the forums for WooCommerce?

    Apologies for the wrong attachment on my previous post, I meant this site I am working on https://lynnsfunfashions.com/product-category/accessories/ which is hosted here.

    I already tried other themes but still, have the same issue. Could you take a look at it, please? Thank you!

    So, there’s a couple things going on here. We can help you with the product listing issue.

    The first issue is that the WordPress.com user account you are posting from is not the owner or admin of the site you are trying to access. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the site. You’ll need to log into THAT user account in order to make any changes.

    Once you’ve gained access to the proper account, as a WordPress.com Business plan subscriber, you have access to our livechat support team. And contacting them will likely be a faster way of helping you get get things sorted out:

    However, you will need to be logged into the correct user account when you go to that URL or you will end up back here in the forums.
