Hey I would like my website back at a .com again because this is a business site. Looking to get more activity on my account and saw you also had something for 50% off? I would love to renew my site back to a .com. This is the third time I’ve reached out please help me!

We have replied to you via email yesterday, and you’ve received a reply from one of our community experts yesterday. Please don’t create multiple support requests, as that makes it harder for us to help you.
If you’d like to add a .com domain to your site you can do it by upgrading to any of our paid plans, like the Premium Plan which you bought a week ago and then cancelled on the same day.
We are not running any 50% off promotions, nor have we had any in the recent past. When we do have a promotion we send out coupon codes by email directly to accounts that qualify, so unless you’ve received such a code from us via email, there isn’t currently any promotion that your account is eligible to participate in.
As you also have an email ticket open with us, I’m closing this forum thread as a duplicate. Please reply to the email Rudy sent you yesterday if you have any more questions.
