Need Chat help back but it says my domain is blocked

  I’ve been getting online chat help to get my avatar working and now it says This domain is parked with automatic. I can’t get chat help now. It’s caughtupinmemories.wordpress.com

  It looks like you have canceled your domain and Personal plan upgrades and received a refund. This is why you cannot access livechat any longer. WordPress.com livechat is limited to users who have purchased upgrades.
