  My business account is not showing cant get to chat this has been a problem for a while now

  There is no business plan nor any history of purchased upgrades under the account you are contacting us from. Do you happen to remember owning another WordPress.com account? If so, I would log into that account and check to see if your business plan is connected to it.

  You’ll need to be logged in under the account that owners the Business plan to chat with support, which is not the account you’re currently logged into.

  You’ll need to log in under the email address that receipt was sent to.
