Need clarity

    Hello, my website has a different hosting service since 2020 and I tried to add my website who your services but I did not mean for my domain to be deleted or transferred. I just meant to link the connection so I can use plugins for store. I may have an account with a different email address and I tried to log into WordPress and believe the one that I’m using to communicate with you now is not the account that is linked to my domain but I believe the email you can try to find my information in will be with (email visible only to moderators and staff) sorry for the trouble. I can give a call to you if need.

    Hi @iammrsjackson2021, it looks like you closed the other account, but didn’t have a site hosted with us at all.

    Can you send a link to the site, and also clarify what you’re hoping for here?
