NEED DNS RECORDS

    WordPress is THE MOST difficult company to get ahold of for help. There is no phone service, chat box, or email? Just a public forum, really?

    I paid someone to create a website for me a few years ago and it was created through WordPress. The domain was purchased through GoDaddy. My GoDaddy account and domain are just fine, but something suddenly happened to the website. GoDaddy needs the ‘DNS records’ for my WordPress site, but I’m unable to login or locate my WordPress site since it was created by the lady I paid the service for. It is my website, I paid for it and the domain, so I want it published again ASAP. How do I obtain access to my account and/or the ‘DNS records’ to provide to GoDaddy?

    Hi @savannahelam, it sounds like there must be some mix up between our hosting service and the free WordPress code. We’ll see if we can help you sort that out and get pointed in the right direction.

    The site you listed here doesn’t seem to be the one you’re struggling with. Can you share a link to the site, and tell us what happened to it?
