Need domain adding to WP Servers for DNS update to work

  Am trying to purchase Domain Hosting and redirect my domain to WP but am getting an “Not in Zone” error —- have had this previously and was sorted by WP Support — they add my domain name, I then can redirect DNS & purchase hosting.

  Now can’t put in contact as limited to Upgraded Customers only …… any one any idea 1) how this can be done without WP Support and/or 2) if it can’t how long Support are likely to be ignoring us Riff Raff (who are trying to giver them Money) and only dealing with “Upgraded” clients ??

  If you post the domain name you need the zone record added for here – one of the staff will wander by and help you.

  I will flag this for staff attention on the assumption you will quickly post the domain name you need help with.

  Depending on your domain name you might be able to add the zone record yourself following these instructions:
