Need FTP access

  Hello! I am trying to get the necessary info for getting FTP access to my website via FileZilla. It requires that I type in the website’s host name and it’s port number. I contacted Host Gator directly since they seem to be my website’s host, but wanted to also reach out here to see if WordPress could give me this information. It’s worth noting that I am doing this because I am starting to receive the 500 internal server error and am trying to resolve the issue, it seems to mainly occur whenever I try to make changes to the website or add files. I also should note that the main admin for ‘merinocreations’ websites is my father, Kevin Merino.

  Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host matthew.merinocreations.info on our WordPress.com managed hosting.
