Need ftp user name and password settings

  I am trying to move my blog and domain name hosting to GoDaddy.com. I need to be able to back up my blog files and database in order to transfer the blog.

  I cannot find straightforward instructions on how to do this anywhere.

  Please help?

  There is no FTP or database access with WordPress.com hosting. You can do an export of your site content under Tools > Export – and then import it into your new site at GoDaddy. Here’s more information about how to export your site:
