    I’m trying to get wordpress people’s help through mail.. no body is responding please let me. becuase I’m waiting for the refund more than 50 days now… please help me

    I replied to you two weeks ago in https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/rrn-requested/

    We have also replied to you via email on 1 November, and you have a currently open email ticket where we have replied to multiple times since you opened it on 14 November with the most recent reply only yesterday.

    Please be patient while waiting for a reply on that ticket where someone from our billing support team is already helping you, and please stop creating new threads and tickets about this.

    Opening new tickets will lead to duplication which will only make it take longer for us to help you.

    I’m closing both your forum threads to new replies to avoid further duplication.
