Need help!!

My website, snuggy.co.nz uses a child theme based off of Twenty Seventeen.
I am trying to change the size of the logo at the top of the page, which seems to have a max size of 80pixels, which is far too small, as well as the hover color some links I have at the bottom right of the page, which is currently black, I just want to make it white, at the moment when you hover over any of the links it goes black, and the text stays black too, it does not look right at all.
In both of these instances, I cannot find the code for this under styles.css for my child theme. My child theme was created by someone else and am having some difficulty in finding these codes myself, I don’t want to be going back to my developer to make small changes all the time, I figure I should be able to do them myself.
I am wondering whether or not these changes need to be made in the Parent Theme??The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
