    I had paid someone to start my website but she got sick with Covid. now all I know is that she paid word press on Feb 24th 2 year services and on March 12 she purchase my domain from blue host $11.99 my questions is how can I get started to create a website do I need to transfer the website? please guide me with the next steps Thank you
