Need help ASAP changing admin email!

I have been trying to change my administration email for my wordpress account/website for a week now and I still haven’t received an email to my new address in order to change it. I would like to change my admin email to: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
If a staff member can give me some assistance and help me with this issue, it would be greatly appreciated I need to have this resolves as soon as possible.

What is the URL of the site with the problem?
