Need help backing up site

    Hello! I am honestly not sure who our hosting site is – I’ve been told it’s WordPress but I’m not positive. I need to create a site backup to perform updates and haven’t been able to find a way to do so. None of the plugins I’ve tried are effective. Do you have any advice on creating a backup or are you able to tell who our hosting company is?

    Hi @blackrockus, can you confirm which site you need help with? The one you linked here is indeed hosted with us, but it does not have plugins installed.

    If your site is hosted here with us, we take care of updates for you, and we do backups through Jetpack Backup.

    If you’re hosted elsewhere, that’s the backup system we’d recommend, for what it’s worth.
