Hi! To cancel your Personal plan, go to My Site → Upgrades → Manage Plan and look for the cancellation option there. If you don’t see an active plan listed, it’s possible the charge is from a previous billing cycle that hasn’t fully processed yet. I’d recommend contacting WordPress.com support directly at wordpress.com/help so they can look into the specific charge on your account. Hope that helps!
