Need help changing admin email address

Hello there, I have a paid account with word press. I am attempting to switch my email address in the settings so my website can send info to (email visible only to moderators and staff) rather than (email visible only to moderators and staff) I. have attempted to contact google domains several times as well as bluehost for my domain and both have tried to change configurations in my account. Can you please assist?
This is what it says below in my settings, I don’t get a confirmation email to (email visible only to moderators and staff) so it’s not switching from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff) Please please assist.
