Need help changing the sidebar of my blog and bottom sections

  Hello, I have purchased the highend theme and installed one of the available themes for my blog. The available highend themes comes with custom side bar titles (highend, blog, about, purchase). I have tried to edit those but cannot seem to figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
